Hi. I had radiation palliative care in the beginning of my DX. It helped. I had 10 treatments my ribs were terribly affected by the lesions on my and in my rib bones.

Palliative Care works wonders for my husband! I highly recommend it.

Depends on where you are in treatment. My pain was at 10 when I started treatment, but am now in 4th cycle and it is usually a 4. I found that Tylenol was useless, but 1 Aleve/day helped substantially. Also, you have to force yourself to do things, no matter what the pain level. Remember that this is long journey, set small goals for each day/week. Hope this helps!
