Pran,
Have you asked your doctor or Googled it? Moffitt.org has information on normal levels and staging.
Stage 1 - Serum beta-2 microglobulin level measuring less than 3.5 (mg/L) with an albumin level measuring 3.5 g/dL) or greater.
Stage 2 - Determined in two ways: (1) Serum beta-2 microglobulin level measuring between 3.5 and 5.5 or (2) serum beta-2 microglobulin level measuring less than 3.5 with albumin level measuring less than 3.5.
Stage 3 - Serum beta-2 microglobulin level measuring 5.5 or greater.
Pran, are you working with a MM Specialist? If not you should find one to work with your local Oncologist.

I would always defer to you oncologist. I saw some spikes in my lgg and lgm and was told not to worry unless it's in my iga lane... that includes all bloodwork numbers... each strain has its own maladies...

I would go with what the doctor says. Your kidney function says you have been drinking your waterπŸ‘πŸ˜‰
