Mymyelomateam is a support community ,and information resource welcome to patients and caregivers with multiple myeloma of which there are numerous types and stages, Smouldering Multiple Myeloma, MGUS, plastocypemia all under categories of this blood cancer. The resource articles are published by MM Specialists and experts under various topics to educate people. Informed patients and caregivers see reduced stress from the unknown, can improve discussions with their healthcare team, and are more empowered. Greetings from anchorage my understanding is that this is the myeloma website. I do see other cancer patients come in here for information. A lot of the information given out a lot of times about medication and where to get assistance with financial support that all of us with cancer are dealing with and that information crosses all diagnosis.

I think it is just for MM, but many people have other diagnoses. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society have their own website, but it also has MM information on it since the diseases are bone marrow involved.
