Has Anyone Been On Maintenance For A Long Time
I have been on revlimid for 11 years, 10 year and 5 months since SCT. 10 mg daily for 3 weeks and 1 week off. My major side effect was irritable bowel which is finally under control with colesevelam Revlimid causes malabsorption of bile acids and fat malabsorption so gut gets more irritated with fatty food. The British have done a lot of work in this area. Walking and strength training helps with the fatigue to by increasing your endurance. I started my program with an a physical therapist and now do maintenance work on my own. If you have a history of fractures the PT is the safest way to get started
I have been on revlimid maintenance since my SCT on 2018. The dosage started at 10 mg and was reduced to 5 mg after a couple of years due to the fatigue. I still seem to have fatigue but have remained in remission since then.
Some people can handle revmelid and dexamethasone, I had to stop dexamethasone because sugar went sky high, then reduced revmelid to 10 and I'm ok,still tire easily but feel better and staying under 5% is good, but a cure sounds better, Good luck, I'm absorbing all your experiences with different meds, and results, Thank you for sharing
I have been on maintenance with Darzalex, Pomalyst and dexamethasone since the beginning of 2018. I dropped the dex May of 2022. So, over 5 years💕
I’ve been on maintenance of Polmalyst & IV meds since 2019. My dr stopped the Polmalyst part as my white blood cells are having a hard time to recover.
