I’ve been dealing with rib pain that circles around to where the rib meets the spine. I haven’t really noticed it being worse in the morning though. It seems to be worse with coughing, sneezing or certain movements for me. I just keep working through it and hoping it will pass. Hope you’re feeling better soon 🤗

@A MyMyelomaTeam Member I had an additional thought, maybe your pain is worse in the morning due to sleeping with your body weight pressing on your ribs. Do you have a recliner? Maybe sleeping for a few nights in a recliner might help? My thoughts are that more weight is on your lower body in a recliner and less on your sides, causing your ribs to hurt more. Just a thought…Hope you’re feeling better soon 🤗

Yes, I had several fractures in my lower right ribs. My back has taken the most punishment from the MM. I have multiple fractures from my T-4 and the way to my L-1 and L-2. I had Kyphoplasty surgery on L-1, L-2 and T-8 to help with the fractures. I have several more spinal fractures to be addressed later this summer though more Kyphoplasty surgery.
