I was diagnosed in September of 2020, had 5 months of triple drug treatments where I found out I was horribly allergic to Revlimid and came to hate Dexamethasone, had an ASCT in March of 2021 and at 100 days was found to be in very good partial remission. July 2022 was the last time mine were checked. I have MGUS. My value was 25.22 mg/L. Of course my ratio is high too at 2.65. My doctor did not seem to think it was bad. Bad Kappa, Free Light Chain is over 100.
