I was diagnosed in September of 2020, had 5 months of triple drug treatments where I found out I was horribly allergic to Revlimid and came to hate Dexamethasone, had an ASCT in March of 2021 and at 100 days was found to be in very good partial remission. I have since been on Velcade every 2 weeks. The only lab test that shows anything is Kappa and Lambda light chains, all my other tests come back normal. July 2022 was the last time mine were checked. I have MGUS. My value was 25.22 mg/L. Of course my ratio is high too at 2.65. My doctor did not seem to think it was bad. Bad Kappa, Free Light Chain is over 100.
