I want to do what will work the best, But 3 days into my break and feeling like my old self I do want to put MM down for as long as possible. Experience anyone has had would be helpful

Hello Kevin,
I'm just past 100 days post-SCT and now just started on Lenalidomide (Revlamid)
for maintenance. No major side effects. I'm 59 years old.
All the best,
✌️Curt

When the battery in your pick-up truck keeps needing a jump or boost, you know it's only going to get worse in the winter and may just leave you stranded. You best replace it before you find yourself in a bit of a pickle.

Do it now, but to be honest It’s nothing niece. I had back to back ASCT’s 100 days apart. It took a lot of convincing and praying to go through that again. The 2nd was same only difference was how many day I went before getting hospitalized. The first one took 6 days before I was in hospital 10 days the second one took 12 days was there 5 days. For me I knew I didn’t have a choice or wouldn’t be here today. For me worse part was getting up early 5am. Riding 27miles in Atlanta traffic every morning 30 days straight 8 hours a day to go to hospital to get fluids, platelets and plasma. One day was Easter Sunday. If I was in the hospital that whole 30days it wouldn’t have been so bad but doctors said to dangerous because of no immune system after transplant and hospital are full of gems even in the sterilized environment of hospital. 6 years and still in so called remission 🙏🏽

I think it’s best to get it done as soon as you feel like you’re strong enough. The sooner the better actually on the road to recovery in remission
