I tend to have foggy brain , sometimes poor balance, fatigue and sometimes at night neuropathy in my feet and hands. However, I read a lot, take walks, exercise and swim at the YMCA. I even started to paddle board this summer. If I waited until I felt greatI would never do any of these activities. It is a battle, but I do my best to beat symptoms and forge ahead. I recently beat diarrhea using Colestipol. I use orthopedic socks or alternate with kinesiology tape on my feet for relief of neuropathy. I work hard to beat my side effects and symptoms to improve my quality of life.
