Julie,
When I could not sleep from hip pain and pelvic pain, I decided it was because the Smoldering MM was breaking down my bones. So, I started taking supplements. 1400 mg Calcium with Magnesium, D3 & K2, Vitamin E complex & Vitamin A, and now I have added collagen. They all work together to build back the bone. I am staying ahead of it so far. I keep forgetting to take Strontium at night, which also builds back the bones. My hip pain started in 2020. I’m doing well now. If I miss a day, I hurt.

Thank you. It feels like arthritis. I can't sleep because it's so painful. I will be calling my Dr. tomorrow.

Julie,
I’m taking Cod Liver oil and Curcumin to help with my joints. I’m not on treatment, but have osteoarthritis.
