I changed my diet and saw an improvement in some of my bad numbers. My M protein went from 0.4 to 0.3 and is staying there since July. My Neutrophils (1.85)and Lymphocytes (1.24) finally got into the normal range of low. My creatinine went down from 1.07 to 0.96. My white blood cell count went up, but it’s still below normal at 3.53. Has been below normal since 2011. My EGFR went up. My IgG went up from too low. I had some increases in bad numbers but they are slowly increasing. My IgA went from 574 to 594(H). My Kappa went from 27.54 to 29.54(H). My Kappa/ Lambda ratio went from 2.90 to 3.05(H).
My numbers a pretty steady. I notice when I stop all sugary foods, and eat salads and lots of fruits and vegetables, my numbers look better. I started making a kale, celery, apple cider and strawberry smoothie and it is giving me energy and it actually tastes good. Dr. Brandy has MM and has written a book called “Beat Back Cancer Naturally.” I highly recommend it.
