I take Nutritional yeast in juice. Alpha Lipoic acid helps too.

There are several tips for neuropathy of your feet , somewhat for hands that I use as follows;
- Moisturizer lotions application to help with dryness.
- Kinesiology tape video shown below.
- Inflamatory foods should be avoided. See MyMyelomaTeam Diet Resource Article below.
- Swimming laps in cool water.
