I have had 3 and there really haven't been any issues or restrictions. I was sore in the beginning but it made a huge difference for me. I would love to have several more done but my bones are too small to drill into. I had baloon kyphoplasty, so no leaking glue. I would recommend it 100%. Good luck to you.

- Avoid heavy lifting for six weeks: This is crucial to ensure proper healing and to avoid complications.
- Bending and twisting: It's generally advised to avoid excessive bending or twisting of the spine during the recovery period.
