Does Anyone Take B-Complex And Alpha Lipoic Acid
Alpha lipid acid 250 mg 2 a day and 1 B complex a day that had 1000 mg of Biotin in pill. Hopefully this explains it better .
That was the first pills I started taking after finding out I had MM 4 years ago. Still on them and I truly believe it has keep neuropathy at bay. I take 250 MG twice a day. 1 B complex a day.
Just one pill of gnc b- complex 150 and one pill alpha lipoic acid 600 mg even though it says 2 on bottle. I just take so many pills I have to draw the line somewhere
Yes I take B-Complex and alpha lipoic acid also. Protects nerves and kidneys and liver.
