I used to take Alpha Lipoic Acid and as an IV for Lupus and all my other problems and it did help my condition. I will start taking it again because I have neuropathy as well.

LadyT, I take a Vitamin called Alpha Lipid Acid, it it is precribed by my Oncologist for Neuropathy and it sure works. I don't take any vitamins if my Oncologist doesn't precribes them.. I get from Amazon. Company called NOW.
