Massage your feet
Massage your feet toward your heart with firm strokes and some pressure to help move lymph fluid out of the area.

Use a cold compress
A cool gel pack or ice pack can help reduce swelling by reducing the flow of blood to the affected area

Marcia, great news for both issues; feet swelling and M-spike dropping.

I stopped using Revilimid because of the feet and ankle swelling.
Once I was off revilimid for a while I started having some signs of neuropathy. I then went to taking Acid Lipoic acid and I am doing much better.

This is Edema and its fairly common with Revlimid and I have it with Pomalyst. I have a prescription for 20mg Furosemide (Lasix) and it works fairly well. You can also try over the counter water pills (Diurex). Either way be sure to drinks lots of water, monitor yourself closely and discuss this with your doctor before starting these types of drugs. I also have neuropathy so the 2 added together really stinks. I have also found that walking as much as you can every day helps with both.

My feet and legs have decreased in their swelling. My M protein has greatly went down to 1.2 from a 6 on dx. I also wear my compression stockings daily.
