Darzalex Approved For Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Patients
https://www.cancer.gov/news-events/cancer-curre...
When taking DarzFasPro of any mAb Treatment there’s a few things that are important to consider.
1) DarzFasPro can produce a False MSpike for all types of MM. It shows as an IgG value but if you only get a SPEP test, there’s no way to know where it comes from. To be sure you must get the Lab #123218 IFE, Dara-Specific test. Many Docs/Oncs don’t know this.
If they know this test, They’ll mistakenly say it only applies to people with IgG MM - my Labs history documents they’re wrong, even when my my Consulting John Hopkins Specialist said otherwise - he was simply Quoting what’s stated at the Janssen Website about DarzFasPro and the concerns of it producing a False MSpike.
2) Continued use of DarzFasPro is always killing off our Natural Killer Cells since they exhibit CD38. DarzFasPro is engineered to kill cells that have CD38 expression.
3) DarzFasPro stops killing MM Cells in just a few months since the remaining MM stops expressing CD38.
4) Taking a break from DarzFasPro for a year +/- allows our Natural Killer Cells to recover and any remaining MM Cells to restore their expression of CD38 to allow DarzFasPro to become effective again.
I’ve previously Posted Links to Case Studies that Documents items 2), 3), and 4).
When they talk about “Until the Drug Fails to Work”, it’s due to the over use without a break to allow a recovery time.
5) DarzFasPro is an Immunotherapy drug. The Video from Dr William Lee documents the importance of Akkermansia in our Gut Biome being critical to how well we respond to the use of DarzFasPro.
In the past I’ve Posted Links to a Case Study that demonstrates that those who achieved Remission and Kept it had certain Gut Bacteria and those that didn’t, don’t.
We can directly affect our Treatment Outcome and our Continued Success.
Dr Lee’s Video says the missing Link is the Lack of Understanding about how Nutrition affects our Treatment Results
Hi Angie ,
I have been on Darzalex Faspro for a year and no problems so far . I have an injection once a month with premeds of Dex, Tylenol, and Benedryl . It’s keeping me in remission .
Hi Angie - I wasn't familiar with Orlowski - M.D Anderson, Houston. A search on his name led me to a HealthTree PodCast. Starting at the 09:45 minute mark, Dr Orlowski references the benefits of a Plant Based Diet. Though he's stating it's non-conclusive, he generally Recommends It. There's other interesting references to a Fast Car-T and a BCMA-BiSpecfic. Quite lengthy so I just jumped around for a few minutes.
Much easier to listen to at 1.25 speed.

When will the doctors/scientists like Dr.William Li , Dr. Gregor…and the Great mm oncologist specialists like Orlowski - M.D Anderson, Houston, TX Dr. Palumbo - University of Torino, Italy Dr. Rajkumar - Mayo, Rochester, MN Dr. Richardson - Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA…all come together and use their great knowledge to treat multiple myeloma patients?
That is where our cure will be found in the combination of all these treatments not in just a single one treatment and being more individualized per patient.
It was approved for me and it helped me achieve remission..
