As the AI responded with biologic drugs (monoclonal antibodies), bispecific antibodies and Car-T, these are the latest treatments for MM and they have a very different approach to treating MM than traditional drugs and SCT. From my research, they all have a very high response rate in patients. But there are a lot of unknown questions. There is not a large enough sample to determine the effectiveness of these therapies. But there are a lot of examples of high effectiveness and even remission. Then there is a lethal side effect called Cytokine release syndrome (CRS).
Just like every treatment for MM it is recommended uniquely based on the patients situation. And each patient must make their own decisions on what treatment to use. Since these are new treatments, I recommend researching them as much as possible and getting as many oncologist recommendations as possible.
Good luck to you...

Hi there, I recommend checking out the Spark Cures website. You’re able to see all of the latest clinical trials available for MM. That will give you an idea of what’s coming down the pipeline for treatment. You can even input your latest MM bloodwork and the Spark Cures team can let you know what trials you may qualify for.
