It is not the only disease that kills people. There are many people suffering around us, some silently enduring, one disease or another.
Multiple Myeloma is a disease that can be managed and when it doesn't become manageable, we just have to accept it and live out whatever time we have left.

Take courage.

Life on earth is terminal.
It's the after life we need to prepare for.
Eternity.
Now, that can be Heaven or Hell.

But Myeloma?
It can work out for our good by changing how we live, and that sounds like it might serve a heavenly purpose.

Just this morning I journaled how every heart beat is significant. Every breath we inhale and exhale. We can be gone in a second without that physical function.
We can help ourselves daily by filling our mind with good thoughts, healthy nutrition, walking in nature if possible, hydration, rest/sleep, maintaining bodily functions.
Meditation/prayer. Social contact with family and friends. Uplifting music. And more.

I fight despair, distress and a lot more daily. Crying more lately.
Feeling so alone.
But that's not helpful, is it?
So I bring my heart to God.
And I ask for strength to keep going. I have so much to be thankful for if I think about it.
For one, i'm still here.

So, keep going!
We can stop to rest.
But then we keep going!

Just my thoughts on this. Thank you for listening. ❀️
