Hi Chris,
Pain management , neuropathy, and insomnia can be major issues for many multiple myeloma patients. My oncology nurses helped me obtain a medical marijuana permit years ago. There are tinctures with CBD and THC blends , pure THC and CBD ingestables too. I did not prefer their use , however others may find medical marijuana effective. Everything is based on an individuals issues and experiences. My experiences are limited. I hope you find solutions in your case requirements.

- Side Effects: Potential side effects include nausea, dry mouth, red eyes, vomiting, heart or blood pressure issues, depression, anxiety, dizziness, sleepiness, and sexual dysfunction.
- Effectiveness: While some studies suggest that cannabinoids can help kill myeloma cells when combined with certain treatments, more research is needed to confirm these findings.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatment.
