I've been on Darzalex with Pomalyst and dexamethasone since before my transplant. I started in October of 2017. I'm still get Darzalex faspro monthly. It's now a subcutaneous injection over 3 to 5 minutes into my belly fat. Straight in not at an angle. It has been a life saver for me. I stopped the dexamethasone a few years ago. I am getting neuropathy. But I think it's more from the Pomalyst. Darzalex side effects for me have been minimal. You do have to take premedications to prevent a reaction. Especially when starting Darzalex. Since it was changed from IV to a subcutaneous injection, the chance of having a reaction is much less. I do have some itching and mild back pain 4 days after my shot. Mostly I do fine. It can lower your immunity. I keep up with my vaccines and try to avoid crowds. I hope this helps.

My regiment was dexamethasone, revlimid, kyprolis, and darzalex faspro. I obtained remission in one year from diagnosis. I've had neuropathy (especially in the feet), leg swelling and skin sensitivity

- The official [Darzalex website by Janssen](https://www.darzalex.com) also provides comprehensive information.

Given your high light chain numbers and previous issues with Revlimid, it's understandable to feel reluctant. Discussing these concerns with your oncologist can help tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs and address any potential risks.
