Certain foods are known to cause inflammation in the body, which can contribute to various health issues. Some can aggravate neuropathy and cancer.

Here are some common culprits:
Processed Meats: Items like bacon, sausages, and deli meats often contain preservatives and high levels of saturated fats.

Sugary Foods and Beverages: Sweets, sodas, and other sugary drinks can spike blood sugar levels and promote inflammation.

Refined Carbohydrates: White bread, pasta, and pastries made from refined flour can lead to inflammation

Fried Foods: Foods like french fries, fried chicken, and donuts are typically high in unhealthy fats and can trigger inflammation

Trans Fats: Found in some margarines, packaged snacks, and baked goods, trans fats are known to cause inflammation

Excessive Alcohol: High alcohol consumption can lead to inflammation and other health issues
If you’re looking to reduce inflammation, consider incorporating more anti-inflammatory foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats into your diet.

Raw vegetables give me gastrointestinal issues. Cooked are fine. Apples are super tough on my guts. Protein sits well - meat and cheese are fine.
For anyone with Myeloma we need to avoid undercooked meat and stay away from salad unless you make it yourself and wash everything well. No runny eggs. No deli meats. Risk of E. coli and listeria….😞

I ate healthy meals when on revlimid. I have been off for 2 years and still have chronic diarrhea some said it will never go away☹️☹️. I do find it’s worse when eating meat? I never wanted to be vegetarian so I eat meat when I’m home the next day

I never trusted outside food handlers. I splurge on Organic as much as possible. My hematologist said GET YOUR NUTRIENTS ONLY FROM FOODS.

Eat a balanced diet.

No green tea ! No vitamin C supplies. No Tumeric supplements.

why?? Good for a healthy system.. not good for me= Let the cancer treatments do their job.
