That’s what I was thinking I was taking 2, 250 mg per day x 4 capsules of turmeric curcumin maybe ii should reduce this to 1 or 2 capsules per day? I am also taking milk thistle for the liver? Thanks for ur help.
@A MyMyelomaTeam Member @A MyMyelomaTeam Member Ok assuming it’s monthly labs, if I don’t take the treatment the onc said, no labs for 3 months!! I have to get the 2nd opinion before I decide about treatment for peace of mind bec I have no faith in the onc here
2nd opinion, I contacted Dr. Brandy per ur direction, told him u referred me, he replied this am and I have to get the workup sent to him and sign up for for consultation and about a 2 hour or so consult and then his opinion…and go from there…thank you
The reading I have done says that to much turmeric can cause liver damage. I take 1000 mg a day.
@A MyMyelomaTeam Member Rick thanks, I sauce we have different high risk markers, mine is the D1q, that’s the only one I know of and it’s 1 xtra chromosome not amplified? That’s good to know ur side effects r low to none, @A MyMyelomaTeam Member has weened himself of revlimid…all MM meds I think after in 2021 being 80% plus plasma load and fractures etal, he is now 0% i belive plasma load, has ur mspike and labs responded well to the R?
