I suffer with neuropathy in my fingers on both hands and ast times am unable lo hold anything, like a knife and fork, and need a straw to drink, but my specialist team suggested Gabapentin which reduced the problem by 95%,so ask your doctors.
For restless legs and feet, obtain some unperfumed olive oils soap in flat hand sized bars and just rest your limbs on the soap oy strap on with a bandage or stocking,I know it sounds crazy but it helps and for my wife and I,we find it stops cramp almost instantly. No idea how.

I take Nutritional yeast ( B vitamins) -2 heaping teaspoons mixed with cashew milk and a half teaspoon of unsulphered blackstrap molasses. I like Bob’s RedMill brand. It mixes well and is not bitter. It prevents neuropathy. You probably also need to be taking calcium, magnesium, D3 & K2. I had the same symptoms and started taking these measures and the symptoms are gone.
