I was just watching a video about how important the liver is and how to feed it. The liver cleanses the blood and produces 1 quart of bile a day! Here is a partial list: Milk thistle, apples, lemon, lime, olive oil, hemp seed, his seed, dark cherries, Himalayan salt, seaweed, bitter greens, cucumber, celery, beets, broccoli, raw pumpkin seeds, cilantro, parsley, collard greens, kale, endive, cabbage, sauerkraut. Also, apple cider vinegar for cramps,

Greetings from Alaska until the world went on a kale obsession. I was able to get kale every day now I have to fight to fine it so I’ve started growing my own three different types of kale. My garden consist of Italian kale, purple kale and curly kale ,broccoli ,cauliflower and brussels sprouts. Kale Is very good when it’s first starts to sprout the leaves are tender and not bitter I like it in Green smoothies, stir fry ,soup and stews. Kale chips are also a great snack. You can also massage large leaves. I don’t know what chemical reaction happens but something I’ve served it to people who didn’t like it but once I massaged it, they’ve eaten it. I hope you find some other uses for kale and bon appétit.

I love smoothies with spinach and you absolutely do not taste the spinach in the smoothie. I haven’t tried kale in the smoothie yet but next time I go to the grocery store, I will get some. I saw a video about a woman making a kale salad and she said that the way you get rid of the bitter taste is to cut out the center core of each Leaf and then take the kale, wash it well, dry it and then massage it with olive oil salt and pepper and she said massage it just like you would massage your fingers and for about 10 or 15 minutes.. then she put lemon juice some lemon juice on it and she said then she put it into a salad and she said the bitterness and the Toughness are gone. Let’s try it.

What if kale cured cancer? Would you eat it then? Anything can taste good it just depends on how it’s prepared. Even snails! lol.
