My husband and I both take Emergen-C every morning. I also take fish oil, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B-12. Be sure to let your doctors know what you are taking and how much. There have been periods when I had to hold off on certain supplements because of different procedures. Do the supplements help? I don't honestly know but in the past 12 months I have had only 1 cold and otherwise I have been healthy. Ten months post autologous transplant I feel 95% of normal.

- Calcium: Often taken alongside vitamin D to support bone strength.
- Omega-3 Supplements: May help lower the risk of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).
- Vitamin E and L-glutamine: Also suggested to potentially reduce the risk of CIPN.

Always consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement to ensure it doesn't interfere with your treatment.
