I hit my two year anniversary of successful SCT IN February. Although MM is under control, my immune system does not want to cooperate. I’ve Survived 2 bouts of bacterial pneumonia and 1 bout of fungal pneumonia with long hospital stays. I have had many respiratory and sinus infections as well. Have u tried any probiotics like
ALIGN or CULTURELLE? I have not used them personally but maybe that could help plus having enough Vit C in your diet.

I have been on IVIG for 8? Years now. My naturopathic has me on several supplements that are oked by my MM specialist. She wants me to eat more fruits and veggies which I do. I haven’t found anything that works 100%. Kimchi and other things to support gut bacteria help. I wash hands often, stay away from crowds, and try to get a good nights rest. Wish there was something to make all illness stay away. When I start feeling sick I take VitC, Zinc, and quercitin with nettles. Remember to check with your dr before you take anything.
