For medication l would have cholecalciferol 1000 U, calcuim tablet 250 mg plus tumerit juice just half glass in the morning and ginger water not to forget the 1litre plain water and at night l would drink lemon juice with honey and l ask my harmotology doctor that you can take Herbs vitamins but it’s is suitable for you because different myeloma patients have different types of allergies so you can try if you want it 😀🤷🏻‍♂️
