Hi Notthebest, you will need a workup to find out what's going on. Could it be a lab error?

A sudden drop in hemoglobin levels, even during remission, can be concerning. Anemia, characterized by low hemoglobin, is common in multiple myeloma. Symptoms of anemia include:

- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Weakness
- Shortness of breath
- Pale skin
- Rapid or irregular heart rate
- Headache
