Is it a 24 hour urine? We can have protein in the urine due to dehydration or exercise. Check with your dr. 🙏🏼

Thanks. I would like to think my doctor would have called if it was time sensitive. The results came out early Thursday

My protein levels in my blood are in normal range and the explanation by the doctor that reviewed in the lab said minimal protein Staining and it said that last time I had a 24 hour urine test and the numbers are quite different. I guess the doctor will call if something else is needed. I see him next Thursday

I don't understand this either! My m protein (Mass spec, more sensitive than SPEP) says negligible, yet my kappa flc's and k/l ratio is high. I've never had a urine pep yet.

How can protein be negligible, but have elevated protein? In your case, how can protein be found in urine, but none in other areas?

That's odd but I'd take the urine test again in two weeks and see if it is still high (could be a one-off blood test). The other test results sound great though, Susan...YAHOO FOR YOU!!!
