I would like an additional drug to be added to Lenalidomide so it becomes a Combination Therapy? Kindly advise?

This is a question for your doctor. I hope you are seeing a MM Specialist if not for your continued care at least for a second opinion and treatment guidance. MM is too complicated to keep up with in the general oncologists practice.
In the case of Dex, if you were having problems with side effects, they would reduce the dose to 20mg/week. What other drugs are you being given? How long gave you been on induction? If you need help finding a Specialist, let me know and I'll send you a Directory.

There could be several reasons why dexamethasone was stopped after your treatment with Revlimid (lenalidomide) and dexamethasone:

1. Side Effects: Dexamethasone can cause side effects such as mood changes, sleeping problems, weight gain, and high blood sugar levels. Long-term use can also lead to immune-system suppression and weakened bones.

2. Risk of Blood Clots: Combining Revlimid with dexamethasone increases the risk of blood clots. Stopping dexamethasone might have been a measure to reduce this risk.

3. Treatment Response: Your doctor might have adjusted your treatment plan based on how well you responded to the initial combination therapy.
