Many of us list anxiety as one of our symptoms. Can you share how anxious you get and how often?

Yes I had a lot of anxiety in the beginning when I was first diagnosed. One day at my lowest I prayed to God to help me through this difficult time in my life and suddenly I felt all my worries and anxiety dissolve away. I felt all my worries disappear. I am telling you exactly what happened to me and I went thru all processes I had to knowing He was with me. I believe Faith is what is most important and Faith lifts your burdens which He will carry for you. This is exactly what happened to me

I feel anxious when there is a lot to be taken care of and I don’t have the strength/energy to meet all expectations.going outside for a walk generally helps plus trusting in God for answers.

I would ask what types of things make you anxious?
As far Multiple Myeloma goes I rarely think about it as I have no control of it. My Oncologist will let me know if we need to make a change.
Memory things bug me sometimes, but otherwise not much anxiety.
Getting here was hard, the the key is to focus on the life I have, not the live that is gone.
Be well my friends

For me I do not allow negative people into my life, and keep away from news channels that predict doom and gloom on steroids. Day Star TV is uplifting and I stick to my favorite presenters only, or Wild Life programs. this all works for me.
