Prince, I just went through a similar bout with constipation. It was also 2-3 days since my last movement. My wife knew what to do. I inserted a glycerin suppository and laid on the bed for 2 hours with a heating pad on my lower back. I was then able to pass the blockage. I am currently taking fiber and a stool softener every day. If you can't clear this up at home, you'll need to go to an ER or urgent care.
