Thank you for sharing! I was diagnosed with Pancytopenia on January 29th, 2024. Bone marrow biopsy April 2 showed High Risk MDS. Local oncologist referred me to Mayo. Just returned from there, where they did another biopsy. Am now awaiting those results. (We are 10 hours away from Mayo). It is exciting to hear there is hope for you! I was told here at home that I don’t qualify for the transplant, but was told differently at Mayo! Hopefully I will know a lot more soon. Please keep in touch, and let me know how you are doing! 💛

I have high risk MM, I was diagnosed in January of 2024. Currently preparing to do a stem cell transplant. Age 76. Wasn’t sure I wanted to do SCT, but because of the high risk, I think it is my best choice to get a deep remission.
