Cheryle,
Of course your emotions are off the charts! It happens to all of us when we are newly diagnosed, or waiting for results of blood tests, or dreading the next doctor appointment, where we are expecting the worst news. With bipolar in the mix, it's going to be harder to control your emotions. Talk to your Psychiatrist and Oncologist about your medication. Also, try adding B Complex supplements or Nutritional Yeast and Magnesium to your diet. Magnesium is for normal brain function. If it can help people with Epilepsy, it might help you. I read years ago, that if a person with Epilepsy took 800 mg of Magnesium a day they would have fewer episodes. I told my cousin, and she took only 200 mg and saw a difference. She decided to have brain surgery, instead of trying 800 mg. She decided to take the hard road. Of course, if you take too much, you can have diahrrea. Talk to a Naturopath. If you can, adjust your diet. A Mediteranean diet or fruit, vegetables, nuts and salmon might help. You immune system is in your gut. There is also a brain/gut axis. Take care of your gut and you are taking care of your brain. Check out Dr Brandy's book "Beating Back Cancer Naturally". I have someone in my family who is borderline biopolar. Super low mood in the morning, and super high at night. My heart goes out to you.💕

Dexamethasone will make your numbers go up. Are you seeing a MM Specialist? Talk to your doctor. They will probably give you a lower dose and watch your numbers.
