Will,
I’m reading Dr Brandy’s book, “Beating Back Cancer Naturally”. It lays out a more plant based diet and what supplements to take. Dr Brandy has high risk MM is seems to have a lot of energy!

For someone with multiple myeloma, a plant-based diet is highly recommended. This diet emphasizes consuming mostly plant foods but can include moderate amounts of meat and dairy products. Here are some key points about this diet:

- Rich in Nutrients: A plant-based diet is typically rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, which provide essential nutrients.
- Healthy Fats: Incorporate sources of healthy unsaturated fats like olive oil, nuts, and seeds.
- Limited Saturated Fats: It's advised to limit unhealthy saturated fats (found in foods like butter and fried items) to less than 10% of total daily calorie intake.
- Antioxidants: This diet is beneficial in maximizing antioxidant intake, which includes vitamin A, C, E, beta-carotene, and lycopene. These antioxidants help combat free radicals and may aid in cancer prevention.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or starting new supplements.

I do try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I find I do need protein too. Turkey, chicken and salmon. I try to limit my carbs. I eat yogurt or drink almond milk. I don't tolerate calcium supplements. I make low carb brownies or low carb chocolate chop cookies with monk fruit. 😀
