I found staying away from bread, pasta, meat, rice helped. More fruit and vegetables and nuts. It’s healthier anyway. I liked Senna gummies because they did not block calcium from absorbing like Metamucil does.

We all make them,,,no worries! My only severe side effects is constipation with laninomide also.

The lenalidomide has the opposite affect on me; however, when I was on the pain meds I experienced constipation. I took Prunelax Ciruelax Maximum Relief Laxative Tablets with Natural Senna (available on Amazon) and had good results.
