Cathy. I get 20 during induction. Before injection, Then was to take 5 and 5 two and three days after. Only for first month. Still get it at injection, but not after.

My husband is on maintenance with Velcade, Faspro and Dec. His primary oncologist recommended 12 mg of Dex but the local doctor wants to give an additional 8 at time of injections. I was just curious how much others took when on maintenance

I take 20 mg of dex on morning of shot.. I'm finishing second 21 days of Revlemid and go to a shot everywhere other week on may 9.
