Greetings. I am in the same situation. Am on folate and B12 but does not seem to be working. Tired all the time. Scheduled for Dr visit and blood work in two weeks. Will see what Dr says then.

Thanks for replying. I have been on the supplements for iron, B12 and folate. They went up on the blood tests but hemoglobin stayed the same. My doc wants to do another BMB and then determine what treatment.

What kind of treatment I'm in a similar situation on this identical and they just gave me supplements for iron deficiency to bring up my red blood cell I guess my question is what type of treatment are they thinking of very curious would love any information you have this is North Carolina Dave 51 and hopeful
