Not so much a question more about my experiences
I believe I am very lucky as it appears I don’t have neuropathy as bad as many. Having said that my toes are numb most of the time and I can be woken in the night by pain
I have found the following to help.
I wear warm socks to bed. I found a homeopathic cream on Amazon that provides almost immediate relief. It’s called Neuropathy Rubbing Oil and it consists of Frankincense and Myrrh.
But the most success I’ve had has come from a Red Light… read more

Bob,
I probably sound like a broken record but my mom never got neuropathy after 30 rounds of chemo for ovarian cancer. She took Nutritional yeast, which has lots of B vitamins. I like Bob’s Red Mill brand and mix a heaping teaspoon with juice or dairy. My Oncologist also recommends Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Hi Pbaldini
That's excellent news.
I believe the main culprit for chemotherapy induced neuropathy is Revlamid which is generally taken daily for 21 out of 28 days.

Hi Blue
You might like to follow this link.

It’s $129.98, it’s not exactly what I have bought but it should be good for you. It is described as
Red Light Therapy Device - 4x808nm+16x650nm Near Infrared Light Therapy for Joint Muscle Pain Relief, Handheld Infrared Therapy for Body, Knee, Shoulder,
It has a very full description of the functions and benefits. If searching for other products look for at least 4x808nm near infrared diodes and at least 13x650nm red light diodes.
Please let me know if it helps you. I’m sure it will.

I will check on Amazon because I have neck and right breast pain on occasions. I will also buy the neuropathy oils as well. Happy Good Friday to you all! Happy to be part of this team. You learn so much with this most important and horrific Cancer. ♋️ God bless us all. Amen

I’m glad you found a way to relieve the pain. Have you ever experienced anything like a heartbeat thrumming through your legs? Like an internal humming. I had a tiny bit of neuropathy in a fingertip after my last shot of Velcade. Five months ago. But my legs now have this weird thrum when I raise them. No pain or anything. Was wondering if neuropathy started like that for anyone.
