I belong to Multiple Myeloma Warriors support group started by Alan S. It’s a fantastic support group on Facebook. Tons of accurate info at the top of the page. Info on how to read test results. New stuff available. Etc. There’s even a map site you can input your general location and see others around you. It’s one of my very favorites. They don’t tolerate any type of negativity towards members. Such awesome support.

I also belong to LLS. They provide grants to help with the cost of treatment for blood cancers. They also hold live, online, and telephone workshops. They will provide free publications of treatments, nutrition, exercises, activities etc. to deal with this.

I just recently joined three Facebook groups that have been wonderful.
Multiple Myeloma Warriors Support group and Multiple Myeloma Warrior Community which has lots of different kinds of info available to it's members. It was started about a year ago by a guy named Alan Stephenson who is a patient at UAMS myeloma center. It has grown to over 6000 members. We have "Thankful Thursday" and "Forget Multiple Myeloma Friday", which is really nice.
The other Facebook group I joined is CAR-T and BiTE Immunotherapy Group-Multiple Myeloma which is for people that have had CAR-T and/or on bispecific meds. This one has helped me a lot because it's where I am in my treatments.
I also do HealthTree, MMRF, IMF and LLS.
So, along with this group I'm well covered!
