Yes, I had 4 broken ribs at once some caused by a sneeze. Also broke my collarbone by adjective myself in bed, I heard the crack and sure did feel it. The doctors thought it was a rib but the large bump at the end of my collarbone says something else. It needed to be set but never was. My numbers were totally out of control at over 800 but luckily now it is down to zero and I am in remission. Best of luck.

Yes, my husband had a very painful backache that kept him in bed for 2 weeks. We thought it was just a very bad back spasm and treated it with hot and cold compresses and Tylenol. He had lifted a package of computer printing paper to a shelf in his office and he felt a sharp pain in his back.
The pain got so bad that we went to the Dr. He had an X-ray and then an CT/MRI scans and blood work.
We were then sent to the neurosurgeon to find out that his L3 vertebrae in his spine was fractured. He had surgery to inject a cement into the vertebrae. We then found out that the fracture was caused by the MM. We were really shocked to hear this news.
he is now going to his 4th Chemo treatment with a total of 4 months of Chemo.
He is also on Revlimid and other drugs during this process.
Prior to this back issue he was healing from Prostrate cancer and was really doing well and getting back to his old self in a positive way.
This really shook us but we have a great team of caregivers and Dr’s and his MM counts are getting reduced very well.
