ROD I have infected gum that cover my tooth now, I went to dentist they told me I have periodontal, they start me on antibiotics and antibiotic mouse wash, I am not on any bone strengthening I refuse to take it after a horrible reaction to zometa back on 2021

Zometa can cause Osteonecrosis. Please talk to your doctor and dentist/oral surgeon.
