I had that this past spring. It was tendonitis.

Carol,
Don't ignore pain. Call your doctor. I had terrible pain in my hip and started taking calcium, magnesium and D3 & K2 for absorbtion and it really helped. No more pain.

Me, too. It can be a side effect of one of the drugs I 'm getting as a shot. But I forgot which one.
