Sorry about your pelvic pain - I hope and pray it goes away! I have an achey pain in my hip joints but not my pelvis. It will be interesting to see if others are experiencing this. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have really bad pelvic pain and doctors believe it is caused by MM. I’m in remission but MM caused damage to my pelvic area while active. Celebrex has helped a lot to alleviate my bone pain.

I had a hip replacement and two knees replaced yrs before MM. Since my chemotherapy and later SCT my pelvis, hips and knees hurt more than they used to.

Elizabeth, did the urologist order a scan? My goodness. It could be lots of things. It could be myeloma or it could be something else. It should be evaluated. I hope you get answers soon 💕

I have à .4 inch hole in my upper hip bone from MM..I was detected by a PET scan at.the end of Sept. This caused my diagnosis to be changed from SMM to Active MM. My Cary oncologist wanted to start chemo, but got a second opinion from UNC Chapel Hill Specialist who has seen hundreds of MM cases. As I had only one hole, it was decided to use radiation to stop it. Then go on to monitor. I had 25 radiation treatments. Finished on Jan 4. It was hoped we could reverse to SMM and continue. My latest testing( 1 week ago) , shows a modest m spike lowering, but increased Kappa number. We will test again mid March. Then decide on chemo. As radiation kills good bone as well as deficient bone, I will have that hole from now on. I get pain similar to a toothache every so often, but we think the treated bone is still healing. I have no restrictions. I rototilled my garden yesterday.
