When I have low iron I work on my nutrition. Same for my albumin and total protein scores.

I believe the answer is yes. I had low iron the first year I was diagnosed. I took supplements by mouth for about 6 months, then I was good. I don't know if you want to get the iron on the same day as IVIG. But you can be on both. They will actually premed you with steriods prior to your IVIG infusion to lessen the risk of a reaction.💖💕
