She said Dex 'eats the bone' Because most osteo meds can be problematic with some dental work, she recommended daily injectable Forteo (which supposedly actually builds bone) and is not an issue with dental work. Look into Strontium Citrate Supplement. This must be taken at least 2 hours after or before any food. I take it around 11pm - 680mg daily.
Get high levels Vit D3 (I get 10,000 IU daily), Calicium (I take 1500mg Calium Carbonate- 2 Tums early in the morning), plenty Vit C (2000mg in addition to in food), Magnesium (I get 400mg Magnesium Glycinate), Vit K2 (200mcg), a multi vitamin.
Read Dr Brandy’s Ebook - Beak Back Cancer Naturally. Details about Strontium Citrate. He took Dex for 6 years with Revlimid for his MM. He increased his bone density by 17% in two years while on his plant based diet.
See the Netflix - “The Game Changers” - mentions Strontium Citrate from a plant based diet
I was on Xgeva monthly the 1st year, then every 3 months the 2nd year and every 6 months this year. I needed dental extractions and had to stop it 3 months prior. There was also question of medicine induced osteonecrosis, but it was not, just age-related bone loss. I am off Xgeva presently, but it did improve my bone density! I also take D3 2000mg daily and calcium carbonate (antacid) 2000mg daily.
I took forteo and had no side effects. My osteoporosis was gone within a year. Wish I had it first instead of last!
I don’t take Forteo but I do get an Evenity shot for severe Osteperosis and have had 6 shot to date as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis previous to finishing my MM. Evenity is similar oncologist was super happy that I was already on a bone builder
Thanks everyone!
