I have MRD, discovered via Bone Marrow Biopsy after my Stem Cell Transplant. I love this because it’s another sign that the research being done on MM is making great strides.

Hi Angela4 - Since this is in Clinical Trial it may not easily be available.

If you have no MSpike or even a low value 0.5 or less, as your Doc about the blood sample based clonoSEQ.com. Though possibly not as accurate as a BMB, it’s much more sensitive than just a MSpike status and it’s non invasive. When all other Labs are good to very good this is a reasonable way to track your MM.

Shipmate Larry, thank you so much for this valuable info. I’m scheduled for my bone marrow biopsy in October. I dread it, to be truthful. I’m going to ask my oncologist if this is acceptable in my situation. Thanks again. Have a blessed day.

I’ve continued with web searches
It was presented at the 2022 ASH Meeting - there have been Clinical Trials. Can’t find info that it’s being offered yet but it seems like it’s coming - hopefully sometime soon.

Glad for any additional info others might know.
