Look 👀 at creatinine and eGFR
It should on your blood lab work.

Kidney diet - what is it and did it help - right away or over time?

My doctor said I was stage one kidney disease..my count was 54 which by the scale was a higher stage.
The only thing that's different us that I get up two times a night to go pee. I decided to put myself on a kidney diet to help my kidneys.
