So my neuropathy is much less than many others on here. It is primarily in my toes and fingers. My kids bought me a foot pouch that works like an electric blanket...inexpensive on Amazon. I stick my feet or hands in it, put it on High and in 25 minutes, things are better. It works gor me. Good luck!

I take a supplement twice a day to help prevent it, called Benfotiamine. I get it on Amazon. So far it has worked, but we will see how it goes. Have been on treatment about a year.Best

I'm reading this at 1am because I am being tortured by the cursed
PN velcade caused. So far, tramadol and gabapentin have not worked at all. I am considering trying accupuncture. Ive read it can help. My doctors said I must avoid alpha-lipoic acid because the velcade is counteracted by it.

I had been wearing compression socks every day to help with edema and prevent blood clots (DVT). But they seem make the tingling, stinging, and numbness in my toes worse. So, I'm just wearing regular crew socks now, and my toes feel better. I'll wear the others on occasions when they are particularly needed.
