If you have carpal tunnel syndrome and Multiple Myeloma, I would ask the doctor to schedule a fat pad biopsy to rule out Amyloidosis. Carpal tunnel can be a symptom of Amyloidosis that many physicians ignore. I have both.

I would also get an X-ray of your neck. There could be a pinched nerve causing the problem. Or how about a massage!

I found relief for carpal tunnel for myself!!!! My son is a fire fighter and he brought me some Tiger Balm he said his firefighters use it for all kinds of pains at the station. I rub it on the palms of my hands and the back of my hands and fingers it was instant relief. My hands are still numb, but the pain goes away. This is great stuff, you need to try it,I can stand the numb feeling as long as the pain is gone. Hope this helps someone that is suffering like I was. You can get tiger balm at your groceries store.
